Did you receive a piece that was damaged during shipment?

 

Most pieces can be easily fixed by reconnecting a chain or using super glue to glue stones back on.

 

However, if a piece is beyond repair, you have 5 days from when you receive your order to report any missing or damaged pieces.

Please include your full name, order #, and photos of the damaged piece.

 

After the 5 day time period, no refunds or exchanges will be given.

 

No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

If you have not received your order and your tracking # shows it was delivered, you have 3 days to notify us.


We are not responsible for items lost in transit if the package shows delivered.
